2: Ordering Products
Products for sale on the online store are subject to acceptance and availability. If for any reason following a product order, we are unable to provide a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will cancel your order in full. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel the order for any reason, once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received your order. We do everything we can to ensure that all the details on the website are accurate, yet from time to time we may discover an error in product prices. If we discover an error in the price of a product listed in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to accept or execute an order for a product declared at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel this order that has already been accepted or is on its way to you. If you order a product with the wrong price, we will send you an email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that your order has been canceled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund the full amount as soon as we can. If these products are recovered on their way, we will process the refund process to you as soon as we receive the products. By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as outlined in your order, including any delivery fee applicable to this order.
3:Prices and payment policy
Product prices displayed on the website and delivery fees are shown. Delivery fees, if applicable, are added to product prices, and will be displayed separately on the order form during the payment check and review process.

Al-Wifaq General trading LLC online store delivers products within the United Arab Emirates through a shipping company and at our discretion; your order is expected to reach within two days (2) to seven business days (7) from the day your order is confirmed by email depending on your area. If there is no one to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or get additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.
If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact customer service on +971 4 224 2449 to cancel your order, and we will do our best to cancel it provided your order has not already been executed. If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information. If you receive an unsolicited product, the product you received is damaged or defective, or if you simply want to return the product for any reason, you can return the product. None of the products to be returned if the product is used. The product(s) must be in the same condition as they were when they were received. They must be in good condition. The original invoice must be available. Returns must be within 7 days as of the date they were received. We will not accept any returns if the product is used. Returns may not be accepted if they have been damaged or dirty. Once we have examined the returns and have agreed to return them, we will refund the price you have paid for said product(s), excluding delivery fees. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns that customers make, and we may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
You can replace the product (products) within fourteen 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to inventory availability. None of the products to be returned if the product is used. The product(s) should be in the same condition as it was when it was received, in good condition, in its original boxing or packaging. The customer must present his or her identification card as well as the original invoice. Once we have received and examined the returned product, you may replace this product with any other product. All products should be fully adhered to in accordance with the precautions and instructions attached to them. You should always check product components to avoid any potential allergic reactions.
